In case of delay with respect to the agreed time, the full cost of the service will still be charged.
Any delays will result in a reduction of the treatment time.
In case of treatment cancellation, failure to give notice or giving notice less than 8 hours before the appointment will result in the full amount being charged.
Access to the sauna and Turkish bath is not allowed for guests under 16 years of age. Please respect the SPA’s internal regulations.
Please inform us of any relevant health information (illnesses, allergies, etc.); this will allow us to recommend the treatment best suited to your needs.
Rates may vary depending on the season or period.
In case of violation of the Internal Regulations or inappropriate behavior, Management and the SPA Manager reserve the right to ask guests to leave the SPA.
SPA Etiquette
In a wellness center, it is important to maintain respectful and quiet behavior to ensure relaxation and well-being for everyone.
Guests are kindly asked to speak softly, avoid shouting, and follow staff instructions and the SPA regulations.
It is also good practice to shower before entering pools and whirlpools, and to always use a towel to cover surfaces before sitting or lying down.
Here are some detailed behavioral rules for a spa:
General Rules:
Silence & Respect: Keep your voice low and speak quietly, avoiding loud noises and disruptive behavior.
Hygiene: Shower before entering pools and whirlpools. Always use a towel to cover benches or loungers before sitting or lying down.
Discretion: Avoid running and any behavior that may disturb other guests.
Privacy: Respect others’ privacy; do not take photos or videos without consent.
Cleanliness: Use the bins provided and help keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
Clothing: A swimsuit (and/or bathrobe) must be worn in wellness areas. In the sauna, it is recommended to sit or lie on a towel.
Mobile Phones: Refrain from using your phone for calls or messages, as this can disrupt the peaceful environment.
Food & Drinks: Do not bring outside food or drinks. Please follow staff instructions regarding consumption within the SPA.
Opening Hours: Respect the opening and closing times. Please arrive punctually for any scheduled treatments.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all SPA areas, including electronic cigarettes.
Minors: Follow the rules regarding access for minors in specific areas (pools, saunas, etc.).
Intoxication: Entry is not allowed for anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Specific Rules for the Sauna:
Shower & Dry Off: Before entering the sauna, take a shower and dry off thoroughly.
Towel Use: Always place a towel on the bench before sitting or lying down.
Time Limit: Limit your sauna session to a maximum of 15 minutes. Exit immediately if you feel unwell.
Heat Sensitivity: Be mindful of the intensity of heat, especially on the upper benches.
Closing the Door: Close the sauna door properly after use to retain heat.
After the Sauna: It is advisable to rehydrate by drinking water after the session.
Food & Beverages: Avoid using the sauna right after a large meal, alcohol consumption, or stimulating drinks like coffee.
Specific Rules for the Whirlpool:
Shower First: Shower before entering the whirlpool.
Flip-Flops: Wear flip-flops when moving between areas and in the whirlpool, using non-slip mats and marked pathways.
No Personal Products: Do not use personal hygiene products (such as shower gel or bubble bath) in the whirlpool.
By following these simple guidelines, you help create a pleasant and relaxing environment for all guests.
